Notes: narrow tx window; digoxin and K+ have inverse relationship and bind to same cell receptors; hypokalemia increases RF digoxin toxicity (sx: abd pain, anorexia, n + v, visual disturbances, bradycardia); frequent monitoring of digoxin and potassium levels; use cautiously in pts on diuretic tx

- HIT: Sx of thrombosis and 50% or more platelet reduction from baseline
- antidote is protamine sulfate (1 mg inactivates 100 units heparin)
