What is the adult does of Aspirin?
324mg - (4) 81mg baby Aspirins PO
What is the adult does of Albuterol?
2.5 mg via Neb (up to 5mg for BLS administration)
What is the adult dose of oral glucose?
25-50 Grams PO or 1 single dose tube. May repeat once
What is the and child does of Atrovent?
500 mcg mixed with 2.5 mg Alubterol via Neb.
What is the Adult dose and route of Narcan BLS providers can administer?
2 Mg IN. May repeat twice at the same dose.
What is the dose for Nitroglycerin?
BLS providers may only assist the patient with his/her own prescribed Nitro only after a thorough patient assessment.
What are the adult doses for Oxygen and routes?
Greater than 15lpm via BVM. 12-15 lpm via NRB. 2-6 lpm via Nasal Cannula. Routine oxygen administration IS NOT REQUIRED if pulse ox is greater than 94%.
What is the dose and route of 2-PAM Chloride
600 mg IM, up to 1800 mg or 3 auto injectors

1-2 drops per eye

Adult: 12-20RR, 60-100 Pulse, 90-140 Systolic BP
Adolescent: 12-24RR, 60-100 Pulse, Greater than 90 BP
Child(1-10): 22-34RR, 80-140 Pulse, Greater than 75 BP
Infants: 24-40RR, 90-150 Pulse, Greater than 70 BP
Neonates: 30-60RR, 100-160 Pulse, Greater than 60 BP
