What is agonal breathing?
Infrequent noisy gasps that can occur when a patient is still in cardiac arrest.
Ignore and carry on with BLS

Depress sternum 5-6cm
Straight, locked elbows and interlocked fingers
100-120 compressions per minute
What conc. and volume of oxygen should be administered through a bag valve mask?
15 litres of 100% O2 per minute
