Detailed settlement was done via cross-cultural negotiation and following the Dayton agreement by implementation by the council in Bosnia and the accord was signed in Paris
Why is mediation a good alternative?
An opportunity for a neutral who’s skilled to help, an alternative to court when conflict resolution is needed

“It is more important that a dispute gets dissolved, than I am the one solving it” and Nothing is impossible to solve = if we work together, we can solve the problems (Martti Athisaari, finnish Nobel prize winner)
