b. Toilets, toilet lobbies, bathrooms, cleaner’s rooms etc
c. Lift Rooms, Plant Rooms, Tank Rooms, Fuel Stores etc
d. Stairwells, Lift-wells and permanent lift lobbies
e. Corridors and other circulation areas in common
f. Permanent circulation areas, corridors associated with access but not useable aeras
g. Internal structural walls enclosing excluded areas, columns etc and those dividing up entries
h. Space occupied by permanent or continuous air con, heating or conducting which renders the area unusable
i. Areas under 1.5m in height
j. Areas with a width of less than 0.25m
