Electrical fire
- Emergency switch – on
- Mayday – consider
- Avionic master – off
- Electrical master – off
- Cabin hear and defrost – off
- Emergency windows (if required) – Open
- Canopy (if extreme some persist) – Unlatched
Cabin fire
- Extinguis with water, coffee or other fluids. On persons maybe by hands.
- Divert or land considering the fire
- Fresh air can help on smoke,but start new fire.
Propeller overspeed
• Reduce power setting
• ECU B, if no succes, ECU Auto.
• Land at nearest suitable airfield.
o Be prepared for engine failure in flight.
Engine failure during apporach
Maintain heading by using rudder and wings level Sufficient power. Almost full until Feathering Gear stay flaps stays Identify dead leg Verify throttle back Engine master off simulated Adjust power TRIM \+1000ft Alternator off fuel valve off Verify profile. ATC
Departure briefing
Engine failure/fire before 82 kias “we stop” throttle close - gear selec/verify down - flaps as required - land/stop the a/c - advice ATC”
Engine failure/fire above 82 kias and no available runway “We go - full power - gear up - flaps up - apply memro items - intension is to”
Engine failure 1500 ft
- LOWER NOSE 2 ANU 82 kias
- Full power, gear up, flaps up
- Left/right engine dead
- left/right engine throttle idle
- left/right master off
- 5ANU 82
- Trim rudder toward good engine
- Positive control ATC
- 1000ft AGL alternator of dead engine off
- Fuel valve dead engine off
- Emergency checklist, normal checklist. If returning G/A checklist.
Engine failure during cruise
Maintain heading rudder and wings level.
Full power
Gear up flaps up
L/R leg dead
L/R throttle idle (simulate to half power?)
Trim aircraft up and rudder to good engine
Maintain altitude and heading. Min. Vyse. (if altitude cant be hold,request descent) if not possible: Engine master inop. Engine off.)
Fuel selectors both on. (if on simulate dead engine to x-feed)
Alternate air open
Engine instrument check
Aux. fuel pumps on – if applicably?
Test ECU swap. ECU B if power not restores swap back auto.
C/B checked
Still no pwr and time permits emergency checklist.
Still no power Engine master inop. Engine off.
Cant hold altitude request drift down
Land as soon as posible.
Engine fire during cruise
Full power
Gear up – flaps up
Identify burning engine by visual
Cabin heat and defroster off
L/R Retard throttle of burning engine fully. (YAW – motor dør)
Maintain heading by using rudder and wings level
L/R Engine master off (simulated)
Fuel valve off (simulated)
Trim Rudder to good engine
“status on fire?”
Positive control contact ATC. “mayday mayday mayday”
L/R alternator off (simulated)
Continue as cleared and emergency
If fire is out: Land as soon as posible. Fire ongoing Land immediately.

Checklist?
Slow flight
2 engine: Landing configuration.
Set up for airwork, maintain heading and altitude. Set power, gear down, flaps approach, and then flaps full 5 kts prior to target speed, set power.
1 engine: flaps app and 90 kts.
45Bank as level eight
110 KIAS, increase backpressure and add power when passing 30degree. level out 10degree before and rememeber to throttle back
Engine fire after T/O
Full power
Gear up – flaps up
Identify burning engine by visual and climb to least 400ftAGL(550) at full power/82/15 ANU
Cabin heat and defroster off
L/R Retard throttle of burning engine fully. (YAW – motor dør)
Maintain heading by using rudder and wings level, lower nose to 2ANU.
L/R Engine master off (prop control)
Fuel valve off
Estabish 82 kts.
Trim Rudder to good engine
Positive control contact ATC. (if fire is ongoing) “busting minima”
Safe altitude L/R alternator off
Continue as cleared and emergency + normal checklist.
Clean stall
"Expect gear warning" Power idle Maintain heading(with rudder) and maintain altitude be raise nose Recover: Lower the nose slightly below the horizon apply full power Raise the nose to appx 5ANU Climb back to correct altitude with 82
Stall landing
30% power - gear down - FL app - FL full - power idle" Maintain heading(with rudder) and level Recover: Lower the nose slightly below the horizon apply full power Select FL APP Raise the nose to appx 5ANU immediately Postive ROC - gear up Safe speed flaps up (82) Climb back to correct altitude with 82 Set airwork or cruise power
