What is carpel tunnel syndrome (CTS)?
It pain in your wrist due to repeated flexing and extension of the wrists.
What is cumulative trauma syndrome (CTS)?
A painful condition that is caused by ongoing stress to muscles, tendons, nerves, and joints.
What is ergonomics?
Its when you change your work environment to adapt to your body.
What is maximum horizon reach?
When your whole upper arm is fully extended.
What is maximum vertical reach?
When you only use your forearm to reach.
What are musculoskeletal disorders (MDS)?
Painful conditions involving your muscles and bones like neck and back pain and carpel tunnel syndrome.
What is a neutral position?
When the body is equally aligned and its weight is equally distributed on the spin.
What are sprains?
When you get an injury from suddenly twisting a joint causing stretching or tearing of a ligament.
What are strains?
When you get an injury from extreme stretching of your muscles.
What is thenar eminence?
A mound of flesh on your palm or base of the thumb.
