What is the initial management in maternal collapse?
A
- cABCDE approach
- CPR after 20/40 should be carrier out in left lateral position by putting a wedge under the woman to tilt her 30 degrees.
- If no resumption of spontaneous circulation after 5 mins, perform C-section.

A
- Massive obstetric haemorrhage
- Eclampsia
- Intracranial haemorrhage
- Amniotic fluid embolism
- Uterine inversion causing neurogenic shock
- Post-surgical haemorrhage
- Severe sepsis

A
- Massive PE
- MI, aortic dissection
- Anaphylaxis
- Stroke
- Meningitis, malaria
- Overdose
- DKA, hypoglycaemia
