What is the initial management in maternal collapse?

A
  1. cABCDE approach
  2. CPR after 20/40 should be carrier out in left lateral position by putting a wedge under the woman to tilt her 30 degrees.
  3. If no resumption of spontaneous circulation after 5 mins, perform C-section.

  3. Intracranial haemorrhage
  4. Amniotic fluid embolism
  5. Uterine inversion causing neurogenic shock
