Describe the Holder Method of pasteurization
Put bottles in water bath and bring to 145 degree F. Cover 1 bottle with foil and insert thermometer. Keep heat at 145 for 30 minutes. Then change HOT water gradually to cold. and cool milk to 80 degrees F. ( alter can add ice till 40 deg and then put in fridge)
