Explain the 3 determining factors?

A

(do this in your own words)
Low income basically means that the people living in that country are not making a lot of money compared to developed countries citizens.
Weak human resources means the peoples needs are not being met. Low economy diversity is saying that the country can’t provide a lot for other countries and if that one thing becomes unavailable they will have no economy.
