– is the misalignment of two connected joints that have come apart. It happens when the body part experienced an extreme force that causes it to be dislodged from its proper position.

This injury is common in basketball and other team sports. It needs immediate care in order not to make the injury worse.

Pre- Eclampsia
is a complication wherein the placenta is inserted in the lower uterine segment, which may be partial or whole. This is very critical because the fetus relies on the placenta for food and air is coming from the mother’s body system.
Placenta Previa
Is a condition wherein a mother who was not diabetic acquires a high level of blood glucose during pregnancy. The insulin receptors of the cells do not function properly due to the presence of human placental lactogen which facilitates the supply of energy to the fetus.
Gestational diabetes

the act of serving the ball by tossing it overhead and striking it above the head level
Overhead service
an act to properly receive the opponent’s service or spike. It is also called reception. can be underhand or overhand, with dig as the underhand pass and the toss or set as the overhead pass.

the process of hindering the ball from landing on the court’s ground when the opponent performs a strike or an attack.
Dig Pass
the act of preventing the opponent’s attempt to strike or attack. is performed by jumping in front of the attacker by extending the arm and preventing the ball from crossing over the net.
Block
the act of putting the ball into a position where the attacker can strike the ball hard toward the opponent’s court.
Set or Toss
the act of striking the ball with full power above the net. This is the common way of getting a score in the game of volleyball. It is done by jumping toward a set ball while extending the arm backward and hitting the ball with the entire palm with the intent of grounding the ball to the opponent’s court.
