Where do you find the configuration deviation list? What is the purpose of the list?
It is supplement number 41 so it’s found is section 6 of the AFM.
The supplement authorises the aircraft to operate with secondary airframe and engine part deficiencies. It includes possible performance penalties or operational considerations.
