Brisbane requires an alternate due to possible delays and traffic (ground delay program). Gold Coast has no overnight parking so you can’t plan to stay there.

No
If an airport has RTOW charts, however STODA gradients have been changed by NOTAM, or runway works (take off into works only). XXX and RTOW weights compared and the lower weight used for departure.
XXX charts can be used for landing at night or in IMC.
