Railway explosion in Manchuria railway by Japan military after a spy was shot by Chinese. Blamed Chinese. Guangdong army takes control of Manchuria.
League of Nations
Sends a Britain Lord Lyton to create a commission and report investigation to create peace.
Lyton report.
Found Japan in the wrong, bias, Japan left the league on March 27 1933.
Manchuko
Created by Japan, not recognised by any nation due to Lytons report. Puppet state with a puppet emperor.
Army ignored emperor when they took over Manchuria.
Start of migration into Manchuko
Started fascism.
Army takes control
Manchuko created, Lyton commission report condemns Japan. No military action taken by league, no army. Rise of ultra nationalism and aggressive militarism. Democracy fades, fascism replaced.
