Management of Schedule: Sequence activities Flashcards

1
Q

What are the five stages of sequencing activities?

A
  1. Develop the Project Network Diagram (PND) (make reference to activity list)
  2. Very large! Use MS Project to detect errors
  3. Dependency determination and integration (between predecessor and successor activities) most will be FS!
  4. Implement leads and lags where appropriate
  5. Verify breakdown by examining logic (most will be FS, look at special cases)
