- -Forms internal genital structures (seminal vesicle, epididymis, ejaculatory duct, ductus deferens, NOT the prostate)
- -Gartner duct is the remnant in females
Mullerian agenesis (Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser syndrome)
–May present as primary amenorrhea (lack of uterine development) in females with fully developed secondary sexual characteristics (functional ovaries)
