Chicken Parmesan
Base: Perfectly cooked breaded chicken breast topped with tomato sauce, sour cream, mozzarella cheese and grana padano cheese
Middle: Spaghetti pomodoro (Calabrian chili spiked tomato sauce, garlic butter and grana padano)
Top: Drop peppers, shaved grana padano, cracked pepper and fresh basil
