Malabsorption - gastric (pernicious anaemia), ileal (coeliac, Crohn’s, tropical sprue), nitric oxide abuse

A

Mouth - glossitis, angula cheilosis
Neuropsych - mood/memory changes
Neuro - paraesthesia, peripheral neuropathy
