Q

What is iterative development ?

A

A process in which the evolving solution, or part of it, evolves from a high-level concept to something with acknowledged business value.

Iterative development has 3 cycles:

  1. Thought
  2. Conversation
  3. Action

Planning for Iterative development is done in the foundations phase.

There are 3 testing paths (outcomes):

Positive Tests - The solution does what it should

Negative Tests - The solution does not do what it should

Unhappy Path - The solution is checked for any unusual or undefined events
