Intends to train their students to develop creative skills on
visual propensity based on discipline, analytical thinking, and
artistic integrity.
◼ Its aesthetic pedagogy is geared towards visual exploration that
respects tradition and value social accountability.
◼ With this main thrust centered on research, it also aims to
prepare the students to be competitive players on the global
contemporary art scene in the future.
PAINTING
Focusing on advanced use of traditional and current
technologies to create effective advertising, publishing, editorial,
corporate, information website, and new media design, the
student is educated to become a media specialist who gives
form to ideas and information.
◼ Equal emphasis is given to concept development and problem
solving skills that may be applicable to professional pursuits.
VISUAL COMMUNICATION
A two- year program envisioned for art and design graduates
and academic professionals in allied-fields, the degree provides
advanced contemporary studio practice in non-specific media,
as well as opportunities to develop a background theory,
methodology, criticism, and research in preparation for
professional art and design careers and higher education
teaching.
MAFAD: MASTER OF ARTS IN FINE ARTS
the act of planning, designing,
specifying, supervising, and giving general administration to the
functional, orderly, and aesthetic arrangement and development
of interiors of buildings and residences in order to contribute
to the promotion, enhancement, and safeguarding of life, health,
and property.
INTERIOR DESIGN:
Referencing a wealth of resources such as historical styles,
indigenous crafts, popular trends, and latest technologies in the
use of materials and processes, the curriculum of industrial
design is designing toward the student’s understanding and
creation of product, package, and systems design and
development to help and improve the quality of life.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN:
Promote it by way of instruction in the subject that we actually offer ___
Philippine
Visual Arts and Art History.
We preserve the history of Philippine visual arts by making the
school’s heritage or culture as the main content. _
