Rhythm
This is fundamental to your ability to dance well. This is maintaining a sense of your own body center that holds you together as you move.

It is a force you have to work with because it constantly inhibits movements.
gravity
It is an inner relationship between all the points of your body which you hold in your awareness.
balance
It can include dance steps, facial movements, lifts, carries, and catches.
Dancers may choose movement that has been done before, or they may add their own original movements to the existing dance movement vocabulary.

Dancers interact with ____ in myriad ways. They may stay in one place and move parts of their body or their whole body, or they may travel from one place to another.
