drainage of prostate
internal iliac nodes
- also receive rectu (lower part) and vagina (middle part)
- receive lymph from upper part of vagina and other pelvic organs
and drain into the common iliac LN and then to lumbar LN
where does the glands drain?
deep inguinal LN
-also receive from glans clitoris
drains into the external iliac nodes
lower part of vagina drain into
superficial inguinal lymph nodes
(also receives abd wall BELOW UMBILICUS, gluteal region, lower parts of vagina and anus, external genitalia EXCEPT THE GLANS)
and drains into the external iliac nodes to the lumbar (aortic) LN
lymph from the rectum (upper part)
drain to the inferior mesenteric nodes, then to aortic nodes
lymph from ovary
and fallopian and uterine fundus follow the ovarian artery and drain into the PARAAORTIC NODES
lypm from upper part of vagina drain into
internal and external ln
-also receive uterine body, cervix
lymph drainage of the posterior 1/3 of tongue
superior deep cervical LN
LD of medial part of ant 2/3 of tongue
inferior deep cervical LN
LD of lateral of ant 2/3 of tongue
submandibular LN
LD of apex of tongue
submental ln
LD of lateral 2/e of the upper and lower lids
superficial parotid/pre-auricular nodes
LD of medial 1/3 of lids
submandibular nodes
basilar membrane divides
scala media and tympani
lymph drainage of pharynx
deep cervical ln
LD of laryngx
deep cervical group of lN
