Wet the rim of rocks glass w/ lime wedge and salt. Combine tequila, Grand Marnier, blood orange puree, and grapefruit juice in a mixing grlass filled with ice. Shake together and pour contents into prepared rocks glass. Garnish: Half Grapefruit wheel.
