What is Methanol

A

It is also known as wood alcohol. It has many uses but is highly toxic to humans. Caused death and blindness from incorrectly distilled alcohol.

A

Shots: 5 Basic Categories

  • Straight Up (1oz in 1oz shot glass)
  • Built Shots (Combination of 2 or more types of alcohol combined into a 1oz shot glass)
  • Shake and Strain (ingredients poured in shaker tin over ice and shaken, strained and poured into the appropriate glass. Due to mixing with ice you will always end up with more than 1oz of liquid. Therefor pour into larger glass such as rocks glass)
  • Drop Shot (1oz shot dropped into juice, pop or other alcohol)
  • Layered Shots (Need bar spoon. Pour in order from heaviest to lightest. See gravity chart.)
