LR45 PDF Annuciations Flashcards

1
Q

HDG FAIL (RED)

A

Indicates an invalid heading source and illuminates in the center of the heading display. The most likely causes are:
- Local magnetic disturbance
- Low magnetic field strength
- AHRS fault or failure

Q

HDG TEST (RED)

A

Indicates the AHRS is in the power-up alignment mode and illuminates in the center of the heading display. Alignment requires approximately 2 minutes on the ground or 20 seconds in flight.
