A

Any gear not down w/flaps > 25, or both thrust levers < MCR and RA < 500

  • The flaps are extended greater than 25 degrees, or
  • A valid Radio Altimeter is less than 500 feet, and both thrust levers are less than MCR.

A

ANTI-SKID FAIL (YELLOW)

A

Failure of one or more anti-skid circuits/transducer, or switch off

  • With anti-skid inoperative, heavy brake pressures may skid the tires and cause tire blow-out, or cause loss of directional control.
  • Use of thrust reversers is recommended

Copilot’s brake LVDT(s) 1, 2, 3, 4 failed, use pilot’s brakes

Normal anti-skid braking should be available on all brakes.

RA invalid; both TLs < MCR < 170 KIAS; < 14,500 and any gear not locked DN, or either gear door not up and locked

> 210 KIAS; a gear in transition, or either main gear door is not up/locked

A

Nosewheel steering failed

Taxi without steering is possible using differential braking and thrust. Avoid sharp turns, since it may not be possible to straighten the nose wheel by differential braking.
