•Vasodilation- a small area of body
•due to infusion in blood (S/E)

-ischemic side effect
•Adrenaline/Epinephrine- are added for long action ( 1:100000-1:200000)
•not be added to local anesthetic in those area where end arteries are present
- Vasoconstriction at end arteries will cause ischemia of distal portion of constricted part.
