A

-Most emetogenic anti Ca drug
•Early vomiting (<24hr) -Ondansetron,
-Granisetron
•Delayed vomiting (>24hr) -Neurokinin
-Aprepitant
-Nephrotoxicity (reversible)
•Slow IV infusion of cisplatin
•Saline loading
•Amifostine (also prevent radiation
induced Xerostomia)
-Ototoxicity (irreversible)
