Incensing of the Oblations/Cross/Altar/Priest/Faithful
if the altar is not freestanding, the priest incenses it while walking first to the right hand side, then to the left. The cross, if situated on or near the altar, is incensed by the priest before he incenses the altar; otherwise, he incenses it when he passes in front of it. and the mc and thurbule incenses the lay faithful and the alter servers

Prayer over the Offerings
Holding his hands extended over the offerings, he says: Be pleased, O God, we pray, to bless, acknowledge, and approve this offering in every respect; make it spiritual and acceptable, so that it may become for us the Body and Blood of your most beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Sanctus

Canon of the Mass
Almighty God, we pray that your angel may take this sacrifice 85 to your altar in heaven. Then, as we receive from this altar the sacred body and blood of your Son, let us be filled with every grace and blessing. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Epiclesis
Part of the Eucharistic Prayer is the calling down of the Holy Spirit upon the offerings of bread and wine. This calling down of the Holy Spirit is called the Epiclesis, and the priest asks the Father to send the Holy Spirit in order to sanctify these offerings so that they may become the Body and Blood of Jesus.

the changing in the bread and wine into the body and blood

O Lord, the Only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. O Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, that takest away the sins of the world, have mercy on us. Thou that takest away the sins of the world, receive our prayer.
