how will you connect two main clauses connected by “and”
A
As in English they are written as normal separated sentance then you can omit the repeated part
example
I would like to sit and drink some coffee
we first translate it in our mind
Ich möchte mich gerne hinsetzen und ich möchte gerne einen Kaffee trinken.
So you see here we put the sentance with out omitting anything
then
Ich möchte mich gerne hinsetzen und einen Kaffee trinken
we omitted the subject and model verb from the second sentance because it’s repeated

The verb of the Main - clause come first
ex
Wenn mir langweilig ist, schlafe ich
When I got bored, I sleep
in our second sentance the verb come first
