= do not operate air cond. packs in High for TO, App, or Ldg.

= fire protection Non-Normal proc. takes precedence over the statement regarding no air conditioning pack in High during TO, App, or Ldg.
= The CARGO FIRE, SMOKE/FUMES REMOVAL and VOLATILE LIQUID checklists require the operating PACK switch(es) HIGH. Switch(es) need to be placed in HIGH in order to increase ventilation for smoke removal.
