A

Grade 1= few fibres torn
Grade 2 = more fibres torn
Grade 3 = complete tear

A

Non-contact sports related injuries:
- Cutting
- Twisting
- Landing action
(where foot is plated on ground + knee pivots into adduction & medial rotation)

  • Anterior draw test
  • Lachman’s test
  • Positive sweep test (seen on examination due to intra-articular swelling)
