A
  • Insidious onset (gradually worsening though episodic)
  • Pain
  • Stiffness
  • Weakness
  • Giving way
  • Hot knee
  • Clicking.
  • Functional limitations: like a reduced ability to walk, kneel, squat.
  • Observed swelling or bigger knee
  • Reduced AROM Reduced PROM
  • Weakness in quads and hamstrings
  • Joint line palpation pain.
