The Nazis thought women’s only job was to have children as they valued children for the future.

This was a place where men would go to make a baby with an Aryan women. If a man’s wife was already pregnant he was encouraged and even admired if he went through this programme
What happened to women’s jobs
Women were taken out of government jobs and discouraged to work after this. By 1936 most women didn’t work. The Nazis took women off the unemployment register and gave men the women’s jobs. This allowed the Nazis to make the unemployment crisis look like it was getting better
What incentives were there for women to have children
600 mark marriage loan. One quarter of debt was taken away for every child had. This lead to many couples having 4 children.
There were also medals given out to women called the motherhood cross for having children
