if dead: 1-1.5 mg/kg initial. Second and subsequent doses 0.5-0.75 mg/kg q 3-5 min with max total of 3 mg/kg.
if alive: adult is 0.5-0.75 mg/kg repeat every 3-5 min. max total 3mg/kg.
For maintenance infusion: 1-4 mg/minute. RSI (closed head injury) 1-2 mg/kg
