adult dose

A

1st dose of 0.2 mg IV over 15 seconds. 2nd dose 0.3 mg over 30 seconds. IF NO RESPONSE, 3rd dose 0.5 mg over 30 seconds. Repeat every minute until adequate response or total of 3 mg is given
