Commonly affects ano-genito epithelium in women

Vulva region
Can occur in the perineum, upper trunk, axilla, buttocks

What are the SSx for lichen sclerosus?
A
Intense pruritus (first signs) White plaques
Pain
Dyspareunia
Dysuria
Blisters, fissuring
Koebner phenomenon
Blood blisters

1st line curative treatment for lichen sclerosus?
A
Topical steroids i.e Clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream
