meaning:
In the winter, poop loiters behind you (aka on your butt) because it freezes so fast. It lasts a long time after it’s been dropped. Really it’s anything that’s behind you… which includes rear and back as well.
reading:
To pass the time while you wait for your poop to thaw from yourrear/behind/back, you play a rousing game of go (ご) with your good pal こういち. After the game of go is done, your poop has finally thawed out. Finally.

meaning:
You walk up to a woman with a helmet on her head. “Why are you wearing a helmet on your head?” you ask. “Because it helps me to stay relaxed,” she replies. “Oh, and it was super cheap, too.” You can see the price tag. It was only $1. That is cheap.
reading:
When she falls over again, super relaxed, you pull out her wallet and open it up (because obviously, this lady needs help). You find her name, it’s Anne (あん).

meaning:
Twenty mouths are together. That’s a lot of mouths. What do they do? They sing beautiful music together.
reading:
The twenty mouths make so much music that they literally cloak you (きょく) with it. They cloak you with the music.

meaning:
A leader with a spoon is a powerful thing. Even something like a spoon when given to the right man or woman can make great change in the world.
reading:
Then, this hero of yours takes their spoon and says some magic words into it,changing it into a car (か).

meaning:
The sun AND the moon are out? With both their light-powers combined, it’s incredibly bright outside.
reading:
When do things start to get bright outside? I’d say when things start getting sunny, and that is the month of May (めい).

meaning:
Under the ground, which you dug into, you found two great finds. You foundboth a mountain and a head, two strange things to find underground.
reading:
But, you dig too deep and water flows into where you are. Your only hope is arow (りょう) boat floating off in the distance.

ち
meaning:
You’re digging a grave and you find an alligator’s skull. You’re excited about this find. So, you keep digging and digging, hoping to find more. Soon you find yourself surrounded by the earth itself!
You can also think of this word as ground too, because that’s kind of what the earth is made out of, at least the hard part.
reading:
When we need to remember the reading ち we use the word “cheese” - You keep digging until you’re surrounded by earth. You are digging down into the giant alligator’s throat now, and in its throat you find a huge, rotting chunk ofcheese (ち).

meaning:
A leader is wearing a lid and is standing outside in winter. Plus it’s raining and he’s covered in drops of water. On top of all this, it’s night.
reading:
Question is, what is he protecting them from during the night? Turns out, it’s the Yankees (や) baseball team. They’re out for blood, and only the leader can protect us.

meaning:
Someone is trying to put a lid on the small mouths. This is oppression. The small people are trying to speak out their opinions on the government but they cannot. Where would it be most important to squelch this sort of uprising? In the capital.
reading:
To remember the reading きょう we use the Japanese city, Kyoto. Remember how there’s a revolution brewing in the capital (via the radical?). It is drawing near. The people will take the capital soon. They’ve already taken Kyoto (きょう), and they took it with ease. If they can take Kyoto this easily, the capital will be no problem.

meaning:
There are some holy cross rice paddys with religiously important fish fins in them for some reason. You want to collect these fins, but you don’t know where to go. You survey around. All you know is that these cross-shaped fin-filled rice paddys are to the east.
reading:
You walk to what you think is east and test the rice paddy waters out. Eventually you find yourself in Tokyo (とう), which is about as far east as you can get. Once in Tokyo, you reach into the water and pull out some fish fins.

meaning:
You find a pile of helmets acting as a sort of grave for some soldiers. The weird thing is, this grave is in your hotel room.
reading:
Just when you think this room can’t get any worse, you go into the bathroom. Everything is covered in shit (しつ). *excuse my language, ahem.*

meaning:
A narwhal and a moon. Two great, majestic things. You really want to have both of them, more than anything.
reading:
Who wants these things? Duh, that’s you (ゆう).

meaning:
Think about Japan. Japan is a country made up of islands. Those islands are kind of like states in a way. These three drops in the huge river that makes up the Pacific Ocean are just Japanese states in the water.
reading:
Each state is known for something in particular, right? Let’s take the United States. Think through the ones you know in your head, asking each one what they’re known for. Strangely, every single state says they’re known for theirshooters (しゅう). Well, the United States does love their guns, after all.

meaning:
In the rice paddy, you come across a beating heart. Of course, you do the most logical thing you can think of and pick it up and start eating it. After you’re done eating it, you realize what you’ve done. It’s Einstein’s heart, and by eating it, it gives you the power to think like him.
reading:
Then, you see another heart in the rice field. Since the first heart did so well, and made you a great thinker, you go for it again. You eat the heart, but this one is Charlie Sheen’s heart, and it dumbs you right back down to where you started.

meaning:
There’s a woman standing with two face who has a lid on her head. You look carefully at the woman. Who would be with Two Face not to mention crazy version of him (with a lid on his head!)? To your surprise, this woman is yourolder sister!
reading:
Two Face looks at you and your older sister. “HA!” he yells. I’m not Two Face, I’m Charlie Sheen! He tears off a mask and sure enough it’s Charlie Sheen.
And guess who this two face good for nothing older sister is marrying? What a good match. She’s marrying Charlie Sheen.

meaning:
A tsunami of a thousand mouths sweeps over your city, enveloping everything in its path. As you’re being swallowed up, the one thing you notice is howlively the mouths are. They’re talking, they’re having a good time, and they’re laughing. So lively!
reading:
After the lively mouth tsunami is over, the town is infested by thousands of cats(かつ) who enjoy feeding on mouths.
