Barren
Bare of vegetation. EX: A barren landscape looks plain.
Exquisite
Very beautiful and delicate. EX: Exquisite designs often fascinate us.
Extraordinary
Unusually, excellent, or strange. EX: These are natural and man-made extraordinary formations.
Frivolous
Not worth taking seriously. EX: Many of Judge Judy’s cases are of frivolous matter.
Inferior
Lower in quality or value. EX: being inferior means less than someone else.
Marginal
At or close to the lowest acceptable limit. EX: a This student’s grade was marginal.
Petty
Of little importance. EX: Petty cash is a small amount not deposited in the bank kept for small purchase.
Superb
EX: the fans are watching. A superb game.
Trivial
Lacking in seriousness importance, or value. EX: A small mistake is trivial compared to a much larger one.
