How would you describe the battery - how would you explain its positive and negative side?

There is a chemical reaction inside of the battery. This causes one end of the battery to give out a negative charge and one end to give out a positive charge.

In a circuit, why will the battery stop working after a long time?

Answer 2

It will run out of charge.

Question 3

What happens in the circuit when the switch is turned on?

Answer 3

When the switch is turned on, the battery forces the charges in the wires and the bulb to move.
