- Attatchment increases with age
- Attatchment acctually begins as a baby in yoour parents arms- emotional ettatchment
- On top of the quality of the experience is the intensity of the experience

Malala Yousafzai
A
- Her “heart smiles”. In her description of the Swat valley she therefore evokes a sense of place.
- This place is not necessarily where Malala is “located” it is where she feels at home and has the best and most intense attachment to her place.
- Additionally, this is where she was shot in the face attem pting to go to school so therefore is an intense experience
