Proactive: aggressive behaviour executed to reach a desired outcome
Reactive (emotional) aggression is executed for its own sake ex: road rage
Physical : physical violence
Direct-verbal: Insulting someone
Indirect-verbal: spreading malicious information
Relational aggression = form of indirect aggression often linked to bullying
