A
- mentioned fixed quantity per 100 ml/gr/kl
- mention the energy, fat, saturates, carbohydrates, sugars, protein and salt (rest is extra)
- vitamine and minerals only with significant quantities

A
nutrition = what the food is
haalt = relation between food and health (effect of the food)

- nutrient is: contains, contains in reduced proportion or doesn’t contain

A
- if authorized/listed
- if in accordance with NHCR
- for comparative claims: only between safe category

A
- NOT about reduction of a disease
- NOT about children
- on union list
- based on generally accepted evidence
- well understood by consumer
