A

Unlike other approaches, Benefits not only endure but increase with time! Therefore changes in underlying psychological mechanisms (is the theory)

Abbass (2005) - 0.97 for general symptom improvement then to 1.51 at follow up.
Somatic symptoms = 0.81 then to 2.21
Anxiety 1.08 to 1.35 (9 months long follow up)
