What is the formula for a PERT analysis?
Expected time= (max time+min time+(4xlikely time))/6
What is slack?
Slack for an activity is defined as the longest the activity can be delayed without extending the project
What is a Gantt chart?
An example of a time schedule
What is float?
The same as slack; the difference between available time and estimated time
What is a time lead?
An overlap between two activities
What is a time lag?
A planned delay
