what are the types of immunity

A

active immunity
- natural = antibodies developed in response to an infection
- artificial = antibodies developed in response to a vaccination

passive immunity
- natural = antibodies received from mother through the breast milk
- artificial = antibodies received from a medicine (gamma globulin)
