What is the “5 Ways to Wellbeing”

A

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing were created as a result of the New Economics Foundation’s (NEF) Foresight Project on Mental Capitol and Wellbeing research report in 2008.

NEF conducted a review of the current evidence, found including five actions into our lives is important for wellbeing of individuals, families, communities and organisations.
