Three main facets of clinical decision making
A
- attempting to understand the process
- strategies - conscious or consicous
- neurophyschology 0 memory, recall, connections

What are the main things that influence decision making?
A
Two systems
System 1 - rapid, unconcious, retrieval, (dominant, more error prone )
System 2 - slow, conscious, deliberate (normally if things are harder to work out)
- In harder cases - good to have time to reflect, in easier cases - often more time causes overthinking so stick with what you originally had
- experience is also important factor
