A- closes eyelids
Corrugator Supercilli
O- med. end superciliary arch of the frontal bone
I - medial skin of the eyebrow

A- draws eyebrows inf. + med. causing vertical wrinkles in the forehead/frowning
Procerus
O- fascia covering nasal bone + cartilage
I- skin between eyebrows
N- buccal
A- draws med. angle of eyebrow inf. + pulls skin of nose sup.
Levator Palpebrae Superioris
O- inferior surface lesser wing of the sphenoid
I- Skin of upper eyelid/ tarsal plate
N- oculomotor
A- elevates upper eyelid/opens eye

I - Skin over the bridge of nose + alar

A- flares nostrils + depresses cartilaginous parts
Levator Labii Superioris
O- maxilla, sup. to infraorbital foramen + zygomatic bone
I- Skin med. to angle + orbicularis oris
