Mentalis
O- alveolar process (mandible)
I- skin of upper chin + lower lip

A - elevates + protrudes lower lip

O- deep fascia over ant. deltoid + pec major
I- body of mandible + muscles and fascia + skin surrounding the mouth
N- cervical
A - depresses lower jaw + lip

O- tendinous ring on post. wall of the orbital cavity
I- Inf. surface of eyeball post. to corneoscleral junction
N- oculomotor
A- raises eye/ cornea upward + medially

A- depresses eye down + medially

Inf. Oblique
O- floor of the orbital cavity
I- lateral surface of eyeball deep to lat. rectus
N- oculomotor
A- rotates eyeball cornea looks upward + laterally
